When Berkeley Hall School hired Parallax to create a master plan for 2.5-acres of new development on its 60-acre campus their plan was to create an athletics facility that new academic uses could be added to in the future. This strategy resulted in smaller building masses more compatible with the village-like school environment, and provided a greater variety of outdoor spaces for athletic and social functions.
